The Ups and the Downs Story

Dear Family,

Soooo this week we've got an ups and downs story for y'all.
First up: We recieved a TON of refurrals this week from members, investigators and the offices of the church.
Up two: Milenio III. Go to google maps (and next week I will have pictures) and take a nice look at the hills we climb to visit refrerences, members, and investigators. Some times I catch myself singing Miley Cyurs The Climb because really "it's the cliiiiiiimb"
Down. Once we got up there we took a couple of hours looking for the streets  and it turns out that Milenio III is not only the climb but also an ever confusing maze.
Up. We found the street. About two hours later. We take the street and realize the house we are looking for is going to be at the very end of the street.
Down(hill) Sendero de la Girola.
Up. We almost get to the end and the view out is GORGEOUS.
Down. A vicious looking street dog is in our way. WE WERE ALMOST THERE and now a dog is keeping us from getting to our final destination. Tired and laughing hysterically, my companion and I decide that the only way to get passed the dog was to pray.
And we prayed. And it turns out that the dog is only a playful fellow. Up.
The greatest up of all: Sofia was home and we completed our mission. Safe and Sound.
I think I now understand all of the returned missionaries statement that the mission is full of ups and down and in the end:
IT IS WORTH IT.

Lots of lovin'

Hermana
